Returns Policy

Canoodle will be happy to exchange or refund your purchase within 7 days of delivery. Your refund will be credited to the original payment card.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resaleable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on lingerie, please ensure that you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. No exchange or refund will be made unless the hygiene strips and tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged .

We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Due to hygiene and security reasons, certain items can’t be returned unless faulty, unfit for purpose, not as described or of an unsatisfactory quality.  All goods will be inspected on return. The following items are non returnable unless in their original packaging and unused

  • Books
  • Sex Toys
  • Condoms
  • Lubricants
  • Massage oils

What are my rights under Distance Selling?         Under the European Communities (Protection of Consumers in Respect of Contracts Made by Means of Distance Communication) Regulations 2001, you have up to 7 working days after you have received your delivery to cancel your order (other than in respect of goods made to your specification). Any delivery charges will be refunded; however, if only part of your order is cancelled, the delivery charge will not be refunded.

I am missing an item from my order     Due to our extensive range of products your items may be packed in separate parcels and will sometimes be delivered at different times. Please check the items listed on your despatch note. If you are missing an item that is not listed please allow longer for it to be delivered.

I have received the wrong item(s) We are sorry we sent you the wrong item(s), please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact our info@canoodle.ie to arrange a replacement order.

To return the product(s) Simply pack the goods into their original packaging, and contact info@canoodle.ie

My order has arrived damaged. We are sorry your order has been damaged please mark on the delivery note that goods arrived damaged , please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please contact info@canoodle.ie who will organise a replacement to be sent.

Waste Batteries
Portable waste batteries, including rechargeable batteries, may be taken back to any other retailer operating an in-store take back scheme, for recycling free of charge. There is no obligation to purchase when returning an old battery.

What is WEEE?       From 1st July 2007, all retailers of electrical goods must comply with the Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment
(WEEE) legislation. This is a scheme to prevent all such waste being disposed of in general landfill sites and to promote recycling of components and materials. The legislation aims to minimise the impact of electrical and electronic equipment on the environment by creating products with recycling in mind and encouraging reuse, recycling, and recovery of WEEE.

The consumer has a significant role to play in reducing the impact of waste electrical and electronic equipment on the environment, through re-using or recycling such articles. Some of the components used in electrical and electronic equipment can contain hazardous substances that can damage the environment and present a risk to human health if not properly disposed of.

The crossed out wheelie-bin symbol on products is to remind you that Waste Electrical and Electronic products, batteries and accumulators should not be disposed of with household waste. If you are unable to re-use or recycle your article it should be disposed of at a civic amenity site/local authority recycling facilities.

We are committed to handling your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Acts 1988 and 2003 and all other applicable legislation.  We do not collect your personal information if you only browse our website.Your personal information is collected when:

a)       You register as a user of our website.

b)       You place an order via our website.

c)       You enter a competition promoted by us.

The information collected by us will include your name and address, telephone number, email address and registration details.  We collect this information so that we may fulfil your order and supply you with the goods that you require.  You may update this data at any time when you access our website.

b)       To respond to any queries or requests that you may have.

c)       To correspond with you if there are any problems processing your order.

d)       If you consent to receiving details of promotional offers that may be of interest to you.

Your personal information may be passed to a third party if you breach this privacy policy or the Terms and Conditions of our website.  We may also be required by the law or any Government  body to provide them with your personal information.

We do not collect your credit card or banking details.  Online payments are handled by  Paypal.  Please refer to  www.paypal.com/ie to view details of their privacy and security policies.

To protect your personal information we have implemented physical, electronic and managerial procedures so that access to your personal information is limited to those personnel who specifically require it to process your order.  Certain areas of our website may encrypt data using SSL encryption technology.
